Cancellations & Tardiness
Here at SlixxStyles, we understand life happens and things get in the way!
We got you covered.
TARDINESS: Please arrive on time for your appointment. SlixxStyles allows a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered cancelled and your deposit may be forfeited. Depending on the service and remaining appointment time, SlixxStyles may determine whether the appointment can still be completed, and additional fees may apply.
Please plan accordingly and allow enough time for parking, traffic, and entering the location. Time spent looking for parking, finding the location, or navigating traffic is not considered an excused delay and does not extend the 15-minute grace period.
Repeated lateness may result in limited booking privileges.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or appointment changes made with 24–48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered late/same-day cancellations and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for deposit transfer.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW: Failure to arrive without contacting SlixxStyles will be considered a no-call/no-show and is subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require full payment or an increased deposit, and repeated no-call/no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
EMERGENCIES: Genuine emergencies may be considered at the discretion of SlixxStyles. Exceptions are not guaranteed.
Rescheduling & Deposits
Appointments may be rescheduled one time only, subject to availability. Your original deposit may be transferred to the new appointment once, provided the new appointment is scheduled within the same calendar month as the original appointment. Rescheduling does not guarantee your requested date or time. If no qualifying appointment is available within the same calendar month, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable. Once a deposit has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again. A second rescheduling request will be treated as a cancellation and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
Returns
All products sold from the SlixxStore are non-returnable and non-refundable.
